If the terms were accepted before the escrow opening date, and InstaFi Home Loans is responsible for the delay in meeting your closing date, InstaFi Home Loans will cover permissible closing costs, additional expenses, and/or per diem penalties incurred due to the delay, up to a maximum of $1,000. The total amount reimbursed by InstaFi Home Loans under this Guarantee will not exceed $1,000.
